Job summary

Royal Caribbean Group in Florida is seeking a Manager, HF&B Procurement to lead procurement strategy, supplier negotiations, and contract management for hotel, food & beverage categories across operations.

You will manage a team, develop cost-of-ownership models, drive value, ensure on-time delivery, and collaborate with brand operations to optimize sourcing. Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S.; sponsorship is not offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business admin or related field; international equivalent preferred.
• 3-5 years managerial experience in cruise line, supply chain, or procurement.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong negotiation and cost-analysis capabilities.
• Excellent communication with senior stakeholders.
• Knowledge of contracts and procurement processes.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Develops and manages a total cost of ownership model considering price, freight, currency and volatility.
• Negotiates complex requests for equipment, supplies and services with suppliers.
• Plans, organizes and controls the activities of the procurement function.
• Directs the work of procurement staff and assigns duties.
• Manages sourcing, quality control and supplier management for assigned categories.
• Leads value creation initiatives and identifies sourcing opportunities.
• Evaluates suppliers for on-time delivery and inventory levels.
• Prepares and reviews purchase orders, contracts and vendor agreements.
