Job summary

State Street Corporation in the United States is seeking a Client Service Lead in the US Asset Owners division. You will be the day-to-day relationship lead for multiple clients, managing activities and resolving inquiries promptly.

You'll liaise with COEs and Shared Service teams to ensure SLA compliance, participate in governance and KPI reviews, and prepare materials for leadership and client meetings. A Bachelor's degree and 5+ years in financial services are required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the day-to-day relationship lead for multiple clients.
• Ensure client inquiries are addressed and resolved in a timely manner.
• Liaise with COEs, Shared Service teams, and other business units to resolve service and operational issues.
• Facilitate communication across service partners and clients.
• Work with shared services, outsource partners, and business units to ensure SLA compliance.
• Participate in projects, governance, oversight activities, committees, and KPI reviews.
• Keep senior management informed of service issues and business opportunities.
• Compile client documentation, organize meetings, and prepare presentation materials.
• Act as liaison between clients and internal departments for successful implementations.
