Job summary

State Street Corporation in Boston, MA seeks an Revenue Financial and Business Analyst AVP for the SSIM Finance team. You will manage planning, budgeting, forecasting and management reporting for the SSIM business globally, delivering analytical support to senior management and Investor Relations.

Qualifications

• University Bachelor/Undergraduate Degree with 5+ years of FP&A experience.
• Collaboration, numerical, problem solving, analytical.
• Ability to work under pressure, team player, self-starter.
• Strong Microsoft Excel modelling and PowerPoint presentation skills a must.
• Asset Management industry knowledge a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in all planning, budgeting, forecasting, management reporting and financial analysis for the SSIM business globally.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly management reports and analyses including earnings analysis, revenue/expense analytics, and ad hoc reporting.
• Monitor financial tracking of strategic investments for the SSIM business.
• Partner with FP&A, Investor Relations, Controllership and Strategy teams to provide transparency on SSIM performance.
• Advise the SSIM CFO on risks and opportunities and recommended actions.
• Design and update Excel and PowerPoint financial packages.
• Leverage Tableau/Alteryx/Power BI to automate reporting; use IBM Planning & Analytics for planning consolidation.
• Document procedures for reports, processes and presentations.
