Job summary

State Street, through its Alpha division, seeks an AVP of Product Strategy, Governance & Reporting Enablement to own the product roadmap, automate reporting, and drive governance across service families and client communications.

The role combines product management, data, and execution to connect strategy with delivery and client value, coordinating with senior leaders across Technology, Finance, Sales, and Global Delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, economics, finance, technology, or information systems.
• Experience in product operations, governance, or portfolio reporting.
• Ability to translate complex data into executive narratives.
• Proficiency with Power BI (Power Query, DAX) and dashboards.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, and Microsoft 365.

Responsibilities

• Own the Alpha product roadmap and quarterly roadmap publication across service families.
• Develop scalable automation using Power BI, Jira, Excel, SharePoint, and Power Platform.
• Lead the quarterly release‑note process and align commitments with delivery.
• Support governance for the Service Catalog and cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Build reporting across business cases, features, and P&L analyses; support planning and funding.
• Create executive/client‑facing materials and polished visualizations.
• Coordinate cross‑functional programs; improve efficiency and governance workflows.
