Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years of real estate accounting and finance experience.
• Bachelor's degree in real estate, accounting, or finance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office package including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communicator with strong writing skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple requests under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Review and manage the preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements and supporting accounting workpapers.
• Lead in review, oversight, and approval of complex accounting transactions including acquisitions, dispositions, and waterfall calculations.
• Analyze and forecast IRR’s and time-weighted returns and provide analytical observations and projections.
• Lead in coordination, review and analysis of quarterly property and debt valuations with cross-functional teams.
• Participate in ad-hoc projects to improve investor value and client service.
