Job summary

Morgan Stanley is seeking an experienced Relationship Manager in the Alpharetta, GA area to own the equity compensation relationships within Wealth Management Client Segments. The role focuses on coordinating with stock plan administrators and other HR/finance stakeholders to enhance participant experiences.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree, 5–10 years in equity compensation, exceptional interpersonal skills, CPD designation, and FINRA licenses or willingness to obtain them within 180

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with 5–10 years of industry experience in equity compensation or stock plans.
• Strong knowledge of executive compensation and stock plan industries.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Some travel will be required.
• Certified Equity Professional designation.
• Securities licenses required (FINRA Series 7, and 63 or 66) or willingness to obtain within 180 days of hire.
• Strong working knowledge of MS Office products.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with other teams to ensure clients receive timely responses.
• Deliver regular business reviews with thought leadership and plan- level analytics.
• Maintain high level of personal interaction with clients.
• Monitor client satisfaction through benchmarks and RM check-ins.
• Promote efficiencies and best practices to improve service and execution.
• Coordinate new projects with clients and internal teams.
• Engage Morgan Stanley service support organizations for strong service delivery.
• Communicate with internal partners about plan events and key issues.
• Attend industry webcasts and Morgan Stanley education forums.
