Job summary

Morgan Stanley is seeking a Risk & Compliance professional for the MS at Work Risk team in Alpharetta, GA. You will manage risk across the Chief Revenue Office initiatives, handle audits, and coordinate with multiple lines of defense to ensure robust controls and regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate brings 2–5 years in financial services risk/audit/compliance with wealth management exposure, strong leadership, and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in Financial Services Risk, Audit, or Compliance; wealth mgmt experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Equity Stock Plan is a plus.
• Strong leadership, project management, and prioritization skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communications; detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Develop knowledge of all MS at Work risk areas, especially within the Chief Revenue Office, to drive risk decisions with internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate recurring stakeholder meetings and reporting, including presentations and metrics from partners.
• Oversee internal and external audits/exams and engage with 2nd/3rd and 3rd lines of defense to ensure controls.
• Drive reviews and updates of Policies and Procedures (P&Ps).
