  • Bachelor’s degree required with 5–10 years of industry experience in equity compensation or stock plans.
  • Strong knowledge of executive compensation and stock plan industries.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Some travel will be required.
  • Certified Equity Professional designation.
  • Securities licenses required (FINRA Series 7, and 63 or 66) or willingness to obtain within 180 days of hire.
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Office products.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver regular business reviews with thought leadership and plan- level analytics.
  • Maintain high level of personal interaction with clients.

They are responsible for partnering with a clients key administrative contacts (Directors and Managers of Stock Plan Administration teams). They must possess a strong working knowledge of equity compensation and relationship management. The Relationship Manager is responsible for the overall satisfaction of the client and will be instrumental in ensuring that the plan is utilizing the various components of our offering to enhance the participant experience.Service delivery within the corporate client expands beyond the primary administrative contacts. This will include individuals within human resources, benefits, compensation, and finance departments.
