Job summary

Qualifications

• 15 years of progressive experience in data, analytics, AI, or technology-related roles.
• 7 years of formal leadership experience, ideally in managing cross-functional teams.
• Proven ability to partner effectively with business leaders and technology teams.
• Hands-on familiarity with advanced analytics and AI tools.
• Experience operationalizing genAI/agentic AI in regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop staff while focusing on talent management.
• Execute enterprise data and AI strategy through roadmap delivery.
• Partner with business leaders to embed analytics and AI solutions.
• Define and monitor KPIs for adoption and business impact.
• Operationalize data governance and compliance.
