Job summary

CHOC Foundation in Orange County is seeking an Associate Vice President to lead donor experience, stewardship, and high-impact fundraising events—from first engagement to long-term cultivation. The AVP will set vision, strategy, and operational oversight for all foundation events and donor programs.

You will drive donor engagement, ensure excellence across touchpoints, manage a high-performing team, and align events with CHOC's goals, brand standards, and ROI expectations.

Qualifications

• Seven (7) years of fundraising experience in healthcare settings.
• Experience with capital campaigns and donor stewardship programs.
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced certifications a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-impact fundraising events from concept to execution.
