Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor delinquency, charge offs and non-performing assets within the division.
• Assist in preparation and management of divisional budget and forecasts.
• Conduct full follow-up supervisions on all offices per policies and audit standards.
• Assess risk of divisional branch operations via audits and reports.
• Ensure divisional compliance with laws, regs, and company policies.
• Lead personnel management, recruitment, evaluation, and training programs.
• Support acquisitions, including due diligence and employee integration.
• Provide leadership to Branch Managers and administrative support to ensure compliance.
• Maintain high-quality customer service across the division.

• Manage and monitor delinquency, charge offs and non-performing assets
• Assist in preparation and management of divisional budget
• Conduct full/follow-up supervisions on all offices of responsibility according to Lendmark’s policies, procedures and audit standards
• Assess risk of divisional branch operations through review and analysis of audit and management reports and information
• Ensure divisional compliance with applicable laws, regulations and company policies and procedures
• Manage personnel, including recruitment, selection, evaluation, training and development, including administration of the management training program
• Assist with acquisitions, including due diligence, employee evaluation and conversion
• Provide support and leadership to Branch Managers within the Division
• Ensure the highest quality of customer service is provided to customers within the Division
• Provide Branch Managers with administrative support in compliance, regulations, policies and procedures
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in consumer finance business or related industry
• Bachelor’s degree or comparable education or related training
• Personnel Management experience
• Budgeting and industry financial analysis experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Ability to work independently
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to deal effectively with other managers and all staff personnel
• Detail-oriented and strong analytical skills
• Ability to travel a considerable amount of time
• Ability to communicate with Executive Level management in a concise and professional manner
• Previous experience in divisional management position in consumer finance industry
