Job summary
Lutheran Church Extension Fund (LCEF) is seeking an Assistant Vice President, District Solutions to strengthen relationships with LCMS districts, congregations, and ministry partners. The role partners with District VPs to identify needs and deliver financial, investment, ministry, and real estate solutions.
Based in the Greater St. Louis area, the AVP will travel nationally to support events and partner initiatives while collaborating with lending, investments, and real estate teams to advance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration/management, finance, marketing, or related field.
- Three years of progressive responsibility in a financial environment.
- Experience in business development and providing solutions.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with districts, congregations, RSOs, and leaders.
- Assist with district plans and investment, lending, and ministry partnerships.
- Support lending processes, including documentation and reviews.
- Collaborate across LCEF teams to meet partner needs.
- Travel regionally and nationally up to 75%, including weekends.
