Job summary

Mission Investment Fund of the ELCA seeks a Senior Vice President of Business Development and Sales to lead strategy, relationships, and market expansion for commercial and consumer lending portfolios and deposits.

The role reports to the CEO and requires a decade of leadership experience, travel up to 25%, and a commitment to faith-driven financial solutions that expand access to capital for communities served nationwide.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute growth strategies for commercial and consumer lending portfolios.
• Establish and maintain strategic relationships across church and ecumenical partners.
• Oversee sales functions and monitor KPIs for portfolio growth and deposits.
• Lead product strategy, monitor existing offerings, and refine services as needed.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Operations to ensure a seamless customer journey.
• Foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and mentorship.
