Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant experience working with individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities.
• 5+ years of management experience in disability services including program development.
• Experience in executing revenue models for sustainability.
• Demonstrated leadership in health and human services.

Responsibilities

• Drive and implement JCFS Chicago’s vision for inclusive community services.
• Develop and execute strategies for program growth and service stability.
• Oversee and manage integrated support services for targeted populations.
