Job summary

Baptist Health South Florida is seeking an AVP, Digital Technologies to lead the technology side of consumer-facing digital initiatives across the system. You will own the engineering and software development for Digital & Consumer platforms and drive the multi-year roadmap.

The role requires a consumer-focused leader with a track record delivering enterprise-scale digital transformations, leveraging APIs, cloud services (GCP/AWS), and ML capabilities.

Qualifications

• MS/masters degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• 5+ years of senior leadership in digital operations, applied innovation, experience design, or consumer experience.
• 15+ years in product management, product delivery, or management consulting.
• Experience with consumer-facing products and enterprise digital systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering and software development for Digital & Consumer platforms at BHSF.
• Define technology strategy and multi-year digital product roadmap.
• Partner with senior leadership to deliver an ambitious roadmap.
• Oversee cloud/data platforms and AI-enabled capabilities.
