Job summary

Travelers is seeking a Senior Solutions Architect to lead architecture within Enterprise Technology Solutions. You will define AI-first, cloud-native patterns and guide engineering teams in architectural decisions for large-scale platforms.

Responsibilities include translating strategy into roadmaps, prototyping AI-assisted designs, and delivering ADRs that capture trade‑offs and rationale for key decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in technology related field with extended architecture/software engineering experience.
• 6+ years of architecture experience in large-scale environments.
• Experience with cloud-native application design across AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Familiarity with AI/LLM-based capabilities and agentic patterns.

Responsibilities

• Translate technology strategy into actionable architecture roadmaps.
• Design AI-first architectural approaches and document ADRs.
• Present multiple design options with clear pros/cons to leadership.
