Qualifications

• Seven or more years of underwriting experience or seven or more years of experience in the construction industry and/or insurance industry.
• Established broker relationships within the Western Region preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent training required.
• CPCU or other similar designation a plus.

Responsibilities

• Underwrites and prices large account construction casualty programs.
• Solicits and reviews new and renewal account information.
• Coordinates policy production and post-bind activities.
• Develops and maintains relationships with producers and insureds to achieve production and profitability goals.
• Travel up to 20% in the Western Region.
