Job summary

The ideal candidate will have over a decade of experience in underwriting, a Bachelor's degree, and thriving skills in leadership and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Ten plus years of construction professional liability/pollution liability underwriting experience.
• Experience in roles assisting underwriting guideline development.
• Established broker relationships.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for technical underwriting and account management of construction PL and CPL.
• Manage post-bind activities ensuring service delivery.
• Drive efforts to expand Arch's footprint in favorable markets.

Skills

Understanding of Contractor's Professional Liability

Experience tailoring policy wordings

Understanding of construction pricing and analysis

Cross-functional knowledge of P&C lines

Leadership and team support skills

Ability to influence without authority

Education

Bachelor's degree or equivalent training

CPCU or similar designation
