You will oversee education programs, coder QA, and strategic client relationships, driving centralized accountability and a QA benchmark of 95% or higher.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in coding/HIM/revenue cycle leadership, including 5+ years managing large multi-site teams.
• Experience overseeing education programs, payer and RAC audits, and coding quality standards.
• Proven ability to partner with product/engineering teams on AI-enabled workflow redesign.
