Clarify AI is seeking a CPT Senior Coder to lead coding validation for AI-assisted medical billing systems in the United States. You will refine CPT/ICD code assignment, review complex cases, and ensure alignment with current coding guidelines while collaborating with data scientists to improve AI-driven processes.

Responsibilities include training ML models for coding accuracy, developing coding guidelines, and staying current with CPT/ICD updates to maintain compliance across the platform.

Qualifications

• Certified Professional Coder (CPC) or equivalent certification.
• 5+ years of experience in medical coding with a focus on CPT.
• Experience with electronic health records (EHR) and medical billing systems.
• Strong understanding of medical terminology and procedures.
• Ability to analyze coding patterns and identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts in healthcare applications, particularly around coding and billing.
