Job summary

Encova Insurance is seeking an experienced P&C litigation leader to join our Claims organization as Assistant Vice President, Claims Litigation. This role will lead and support litigation strategy and outcomes across our Property & Casualty business.

Qualifications

• Attorney with P&C or workers' compensation litigation experience.
• Strong leadership and strategic litigation management.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Experience managing outside counsel and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategy and leadership for a multi-attorney litigation team.
• Develop and monitor KPIs and cost containment measures.
• Oversee reserving and settlement decisions.
• Collaborate with VP Claims Litigation and cross-functional partners.
