Job summary

Citi is seeking an experienced Cash and Trade Processing Manager AVP to lead a 25+ staff team in a high‑volume lockbox operation. The role requires holiday/weekend availability, leadership, and a focus on coaching staff and maintaining client service levels.

The position reports to the Cash & Trade Senior Processing Manager and involves cross‑site collaboration, performance management, and process improvement initiatives within a strictly regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years supervisory experience required, in lockbox operations environment preferred.
• Customer service and/or multi-shift experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills and positive peer engagement experience in a diverse environment.
• Proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Office required.
• U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency (green card) is a requirement for this position.
• BS/BA preferred, or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of 25+ staff members with seasonal volume fluctuations and coordinate staffing.
• Oversee daily production activities, resource allocation, and attainment of client SLA’s.
• Conduct regular 1:1s, coach performance, and develop staff.
• Communicate organizational updates via meetings and written channels.
• Act as deputy for Senior Processing Manager and cover for peers as needed.
• Lead Lean and Operations Excellence initiatives and drive continuous improvement.
