Job summary

Wintrust Financial Corporation is seeking a seasoned BSA Compliance professional to expand and oversee its Bank Secrecy Act testing program. This role focuses on strengthening program structure, maintaining regulatory compliance, and delivering regular testing results.

You will lead 2nd line testing teams, manage reviews, and report progress to senior management while ensuring alignment with policies and sanctions requirements.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of experience with 2nd line compliance testing, auditing, deposit/loan operations, BSA/AML/Sanctions knowledge.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Expand the BSA Compliance Testing program to broaden components tested.
• Provide oversight in developing BSA testing team members and guidance on testing approach.
• Oversee the annual review schedule to ensure timely completion of reviews.
• Manage 2nd line Compliance BSA Testing: review documents, workpapers, and reports for accuracy.
• Test for compliance with bank policies and BSA requirements.
• Develop rapport with staff and management to communicate compliance information.
• Provide timely reports to Senior Management on compliance review progress.
