Job summary

Bocusa is looking for an Assistant Vice President in New York to perform compliance reviews and ensure adherence to BSA/AML and OFAC regulations. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree and at least 5 years of experience in compliance testing or auditing, making compliance recommendations as needed.

This role includes monitoring regulatory trends, assisting in program enhancements, and developing compliance testing methodology.

The salary range for this position is USD $65,000.00 - USD $150,000.00 annually, depending on experience.

Qualifications

• 5 years of work experience in Compliance Testing, Audit or equivalent area within financial services industry.
• Knowledge of compliance testing and/or auditing processes.
• Experience with BSA/AML and OFAC regulations.

Responsibilities

• Perform compliance testing of the bank's compliance controls.
• Develop test scripts under supervision.
• Collaborate with business lines to develop remediation plans.
