Job summary

Pathward, N.A. seeks an AVP, BSA/AML Program Office to lead governance, reporting, and coordination for the bank's BSA/AML and Sanctions program. You will partner with Legal, Finance, People & Culture, Internal Audit, Technology, and business lines to drive strategy and accountable delivery.

The role requires practitioner-level BSA/AML knowledge, program leadership experience, and the ability to prepare board materials and executive reporting for senior management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Advanced degree (JD, MBA, or master’s) preferred.
• CAMS, CFCS, or equivalent financial crimes certification is required; PMP a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the BSA/AML Working Group Committee, including charter maintenance and minutes.
• Develop and consolidate periodic management reporting across BSA/AML functions.
• Prepare Board, Board committee, and executive management reporting with metrics and commentary.
• Coordinate BSA/AML reporting to enterprise risk, management, and Board committees.
• Review reported results for accuracy and resolve discrepancies before distribution.
• Coordinate program materials for regulatory examination, internal audit, and testing requests.
• Lead and develop the BSA/AML Program Office team and define its operating procedures.
• Oversee intake and coordination of new business, product, and partner requests into BSA/AML.
