Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related business discipline; 5+ years in leadership/management and financial services.
• Experience in leading branch teams, driving sales, and delivering exceptional member experience.
• Knowledge of banking products including mortgage and auto lending.

Responsibilities

• Hires, recruits and develops talent, provides training on products, policies and sales techniques.
• Drives sales growth and branch performance through local market initiatives.
• Manages branch operations, budgeting, and regulatory compliance.
• Represents Tech CU at community and member company events to generate referrals.
• Oversees member satisfaction and resolves escalated issues.
