Barclays seeks an Axiom Developer, AVP in Whippany, NJ to design, develop, and tune internal regulatory reporting tools using Axiom.

You will create Data Sources, Shorthands, Data Models, and Reports, and deliver automation for FRB reporting, including UDFs and XML scripting. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, maintain data integrity, and support audits in a hybrid work environment.

• Demonstrated ability to design, develop and tune reports.
• Proven collaboration across teams and with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and tune Axiom tools and reports to support regulatory reporting.
• Create Data Sources, Shorthands, Data Models, and Reports in Axiom.
• Support FRB reporting automation and changes for the organization.
• Develop user defined functions and dynamic regulatory reports in Axiom using XML scripting.
• Convert business requirements into technical specifications and report templates.
• Ensure compliance with control processes and coordinate audit items.
