Job summary

OKAYA Inc is seeking a Senior Axiom Developer to design, develop, and support regulatory reporting solutions on the AxiomSL/Adenza platform. You will work closely with regulatory reporting, compliance, finance, and technology teams to implement FR Y-9C, Call Reports, CCAR, COREP/FINREP, and other submissions.

Responsibilities include building data integrations, ETL processes, designing data models, and optimizing complex Axiom calculations while ensuring SDLC governance and production readiness.

Qualifications

• Experience with the AxiomSL/Adenza platform.
• Regulatory reporting experience in financial services.
• Strong data integration and ETL skills.

Responsibilities

• Axiom Development & Support
• Design, develop, and maintain regulatory reporting solutions using AxiomSL/Adenza.
• Configure data sources, data models, shorthand rules, portfolios, aggregations, and reports.
• Develop and optimize complex Axiom calculations and business rules.
• Perform enhancements, bug fixes, and production support activities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve report generation, data quality, and performance issues.
• Regulatory Reporting
• Implement and support regulatory reporting requirements such as FR Y-9C, Call Reports, CCAR, COREP/FINREP.
• Collaborate with Compliance, Finance, Risk, and Regulatory Reporting teams to understand reporting requirements.
• Data Analysis & Integration
• Analyze source system data and map it to Axiom reporting structures.
• Develop ETL processes and data validation controls.
• Work with databases and large datasets to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
• Perform data reconciliation between source systems and regulatory reports.
• Testing & Documentation
• Prepare technical design documents and functional specifications.
• Perform unit testing, system testing, integration testing, and UAT support.
• Document business rules, workflows, and reporting logic.
• Ensure compliance with SDLC and governance standards.
