JOB DESCRIPTION

One of Chubb's most advanced AI analytics products is looking for an Analytics Product Owner to help build, design, and deploy capabilities across multiple insurance products worldwide. This role involves working closely with executive stakeholders and analytics leadership to shape the future of digital underwriting. We seek a highly motivated, experienced insurance data science professional to influence the future of analytics at our company.

Job Responsibilities

1. Create analytics solutions to enhance efficiency in digital underwriting for various business units and insurance products.
2. Collaborate with senior executives to scope, manage, and deliver scalable AI assets.
3. Lead model review sessions with senior stakeholders, clearly communicating complex models to business leadership.
4. Manage cross-functional teams including data scientists, data engineers, machine learning engineers, and software engineers.
5. Develop integration roadmaps and identify dependencies within IT deployment systems.
6. Stay informed about industry trends in data and analytics, and explore new ideas through relevant forums internally and externally.
7. Serve as a subject matter expert, providing guidance throughout project lifecycles, including data exploration, trend identification, problem scoping, and model validation.
8. Represent the analytics team in training sessions and meetings organized by the business.
9. Coordinate with other Product Owners and Portfolio Managers to identify and meet project dependencies.
10. Prepare presentations for business and executive audiences to showcase product capabilities and project progress.
