Job summary

AtlantiCare seeks an Assistant Vice President to oversee its Ambulatory Surgery Centers. The role covers administration, budgeting, personnel management, planning, and clinical oversight to drive growth and ensure high-quality supervisory practices.

The position requires RN licensure in New Jersey with an MSN or MBA or equivalent and 3–5 years of ambulatory surgery center management. Knowledge of DOH rules, AORN and AAAHC standards is preferred.

Qualifications

• RN license in New Jersey required.
• MSN or MBA or equivalent required.
• 3–5 years ambulatory surgery center management experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Department of Health regulations for Ambulatory Surgery, AORN standards, and AAAHC accreditation standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee administration and operations of the Ambulatory Surgery Centers, including personnel, budgeting, planning, organizing, delegating and directing.
• Lead marketing, contract negotiations and business development initiatives.
• Support performance improvement efforts and ensure quality patient care and teamwork.
