Barclays seeks an AVP – Airlines Partnership Segment Lead in Wilmington, DE to drive the partnership program and set strategic direction. You will translate strategies into deliverables, develop business requirements, and oversee end-to-end execution with internal teams and external partners.

You will relate to cross-functional stakeholders, manage risk, and contribute to growth through cobranded product initiatives while maintaining control standards across the customer lifecycle.

Formación

• Experience in internal and external relationship management.
• Experience in project management and process oversight.
• Ability to support large-scale strategies aligned to partner goals.
• Familiarity with cobranded product dynamics in financial services, travel, or retail.
• Experience with P&L oversight for strategic partners.

Responsabilidades

• Develop strategic direction for partnership relationship management and implement up-to-date methodologies.
• Oversee relationship management, governance, and performance of the department.
• Manage risk and ensure alignment with compliance functions.
• Monitor financial performance and drive revenue, profitability and cost control.
• Lead and coach teams; collaborate across functions to deliver large-scale initiatives.
