Job summary

Barclays is seeking an AVP - Airlines Partnership Segment Lead in Wilmington, DE to drive the partnership strategy with key airline partners. You will translate strategy into deliverables, develop business requirements, and oversee end-to-end execution across internal and external teams.

You will build cobranded solutions, manage P&L for strategic partners, and lead cross-functional collaboration to achieve growth and enhanced customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience in both internal and external relationship management.
• Experience in project management and process oversight.
• Ability to support large-scale strategies tailored to partner goals with an understanding of the big picture.
• Familiarity with cobranded product dynamics, especially in industries like financial services, travel, or retail.
• Experience in P&L oversight for strategic partners.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic direction for partnership management and implement up-to-date methodologies.
• Oversee partnership management, accountability, and department objectives for efficiency.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and maintain quality of external third-party services.
• Develop and implement policies for partnership management.
• Identify risks, mitigate them, and align partnership risk with compliance functions.
• Monitor department revenue, profitability, and cost control.
• Conduct market research to identify opportunities and track trends.
