Barclays is seeking a Senior Agile Delivery Lead - AVP in Whippany, NJ. You will partner with Digital Asset Technology, translating strategy into execution while aligning engineering, architecture, product, operations, risk, and external partners.

You will lead Agile delivery, governance, and executive reporting, shaping large-scale transformation programs with an emphasis on on-time execution and data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership and executive communication to influence senior leaders.
• Experience as Chief of Staff, Program Manager, Scrum Master, or Delivery Lead.
• Ability to align cross-functional teams across engineering, product, business, and risk.

Responsabilités

• Facilitate Agile events and remove impediments to keep teams on time.
• Ensure backlog refinement and alignment with stakeholder feedback.
• Promote transparency and continuous improvement across delivery streams.
• Identify and escalate risks to protect team flow and delivery goals.
• Coach teams to high performance and collaborate with stakeholders effectively.
• Represent governance and reporting in required forums.
