Qualifications

• Reliability engineering practice with SLOs/SLIs, incident management, toil reduction.
• Deep engineering background in collaboration and/or digital workspace platforms.
• Hands‑on with automation and observability tooling.

Responsibilities

• Set and translate engineering strategy for collaboration and digital workspace into a multi‑year roadmap.
• Own the engineering OKRs aligned to CTO direction.
• Operationalize Reliability Engineering across platforms with SLOs and run‑operations alignment.
• Drive AI‑first, automation‑first engineering culture and automated remediation.
• Build end‑to‑end observability and digital employee experience monitoring.
