Job summary

ICW Group, headquartered in San Diego with regional offices nationwide, seeks an experienced actuary leader to shape the vision of our actuarial and pricing analytics. You will collaborate with senior leadership, regulators, and business partners to drive advanced analytics, optimize profitability, and expand into new markets.

The role requires building strong teams, guiding strategic initiatives, and ensuring adherence to actuarial standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Applied Mathematics, Data Science, Computer Science, Economics, or related field.
• 10+ years of related experience, including managing multiple lines of business or enterprise initiatives.
• Associate of the Casualty Actuary Society (ACAS) or similar credential preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads the actuarial and pricing analytics department with vision and direction.
• Represents the company with regulators and external industry groups.
• Develops new business processes and comprehensive analytic efforts to support growth.
• Manages and develops a team of credentialed actuaries, pricing analytics professionals, and analysts.
