Job summary

Integrated Production Solutions is seeking an Integration Install Tech to drive AVL installation projects from initiation to completion. You will support the Integrations Project Manager, coordinate with clients and trades, and monitor progress to ensure successful delivery of on-site installations.

The role requires strong client interaction, ability to handle multiple priorities, and willingness to travel domestically.

Qualifications

Experience interfacing with executive-level clients.
Ability to manage multiple priorities while liaising with clients.
Comfort working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Self-motivated and able to work independently.
Strong learning capacity and adaptability.
Dedicated and committed to getting the job done.
Valid driver’s license is required.
Weekend and/or night work will be required.
Domestic travel with multi-night stays as needed.

Responsibilities

Execute AVL installation projects from start to finish under the Project Manager.
Follow Gantt charts and timelines to complete projects.
Coordinate with clients and other trades for seamless installations.
Track progress and report status to the Project Manager.
Lead and motivate installation teams to complete work.
Conduct site visits to confirm project progress and completion.
Ensure client satisfaction and clear progress communication.
Maintain safe job sites and ensure permitting/compliance.
Identify changes or issues during construction and report to PM.
Coordinate punch list completion and other duties as assigned.
