Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an engineering field from an ABET-accredited university with 8+ years of experience or an MS with 6+ years.
• Knowledge of defense or commercial test engineering practices and processes.
• Experience developing and executing hardware or software test plans and procedures.
• Hands-on experience with hardware, software, or system integration, troubleshooting, and testing.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with the customer and contractors to execute program requirements.
• Create, modify, and execute test plans to satisfy program requirements.
• Complete requirements verification and validation documentation and reports.
• Coordinate test personnel and equipment across multiple events.
• Work directly with OEMs and internal manufacturing to bring product to market.
• Brief internal and external parties on test results and data.
