Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Design and validate avionics/electrical test racks and harnessing.
• Conduct calibration, noise testing, and compliance checks (MIL-STD-461, DO-160).
• Validate rack instrumentation, grounding, shielding, and power distribution.
• Support rack integration, trial-run testing, and troubleshooting.
• Document test rack validation procedures and results.
• Collaborate with software engineers on rack automation and control systems.
• Interface with customers for acceptance testing.
