Job summary

Sierra Nevada Corporation seeks an Avionics Technician IV to supervise installation, testing, and repair of advanced avionics systems. You will oversee diagnostics, ensure regulatory compliance, and lead training for avionics staff. The role requires DoD experience, ability to deploy, and a Secret clearance, with extensive travel to CONUS/OCONUS sites.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or higher in a related field preferred.
• 5+ years of relevant avionics experience.
• Ability to read detailed schematics, diagrams, and manuals.

Responsibilities

• Supervise installation, testing, and repair of avionics systems.
• Oversee complex diagnostics and troubleshooting tasks.
• Ensure maintenance activities are documented and compliant with regulations.
• Conduct advanced training sessions for avionics staff.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient operations.
