Job summary

West Star Aviation is seeking an Avionics Maintenance Technician for an on-site role in Reading, PA. You will perform general avionics support, including panel removal and installation, and troubleshoot systems to ensure airworthiness.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year of avionics repair or installation experience, a high school diploma (electronic training preferred), and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with deadlines and customer interaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Electronics/Avionics factory training preferred.
• Valid driver’s license or passport is ideal but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Perform general avionics support items on aircraft, including removal/installation of panels and components.
• Troubleshooting and evaluating systems on the aircraft as designated.
• Inspecting and evaluating aircraft and components; assist with aircraft movement and verification of systems.
