Job summary

Moog Avionics Group in Mineral Wells, TX seeks an Avionics Systems Engineer to design and analyze air vehicle avionic systems. You will interface with customers, perform integration, and support ground/flight testing onsite.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related engineering field; Master’s preferred.
• At least three years avionics experience with system-level focus.
• Knowledge of FAA certification processes and safety assessments.
• Experience with requirements management tools and testing.

Responsibilities

• Review customer requests and propose design changes to meet needs.
• Analyze proposals for feasibility, manufacturability, cost and schedule.
• Support customer development, design and integration activities.
• Perform system/software integration and verify functionality.
• Contribute to ground and flight testing and safety analyses.
