Job summary

MissionHires is seeking an experienced Avionics Systems Engineer for a direct-hire, onsite role in Mineral Wells, TX. You will design and develop complete air vehicle avionics systems and support both new and legacy product lines. The role includes ground and flight test support, safety assessments, and certification support.

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering field and at least 5 years of avionics experience, along with strong collaboration and customer communication skills. Relocation assistance is available.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of related avionics experience and technical professional experience.
• Experience with FAA and other aviation certification processes.
• Familiarity with aircraft system safety assessments.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop air vehicle avionics systems.
• Support software and system development for avionics product lines.
• Perform system and software integration to verify product functionality.
