Job summary

You will report to the Sr Engineering Manager on a hybrid schedule, with 90 days onsite onboarding required. The role emphasizes model-based design, stakeholder engagement, and DOORS requirements management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline (STEM) is required.
• Minimum 4 years of Systems Engineering experience, preferably in avionics/aerospace.
• Proficiency with system-level analysis and optimization; familiarity with DOORS and related tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement EGPWS solutions meeting performance and safety standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless system integration (systems, hardware, software, test).
• Author high-level systems requirements in DOORS.
• Conduct system-level analysis and optimization.
• Perform systems integration, validation, and verification.
