Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent in a technical field with hands‑on avionics experience.
• 4+ years in avionics/electronics troubleshooting, repair, or testing.
• FAA A&P certificate preferred or ability to obtain.
• Working knowledge of FAA Parts 43 and 145 is preferred.
• Proficiency with electronics theory, schematics, and diagnostic data.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to train and mentor technicians; TOC/Lean concepts welcome.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily service technician activities to support safety, quality, and on‑time delivery.
• Perform complex troubleshooting, calibration, testing, and repair of avionics/electronic equipment.
• Provide technical direction, training, and mentoring to technicians.
• Ensure compliance with FAA and company quality requirements.
• Manage parts, tooling, and calibration to complete work efficiently.
