Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 4 years hands-on avionics/electronics troubleshooting, repair, testing, or installation.
• 1–2 years of technical leadership experience.
• FAA A&P certificate preferred or ability to obtain within a timeframe.
• Knowledge of FAA Parts 43 and 145 is preferred or ability to learn quickly.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily Service Technician activities to support safety, quality, productivity, and on-time delivery.
• Provide technical direction, training, coaching, and mentoring to technicians.
• Perform complex troubleshooting, calibration, testing, and repair of avionics/electronic equipment.
• Ensure compliance with FAA Parts 43 and 145 and use current OEM manuals and data.
• Coordinate parts, tooling, and calibrated equipment availability.
