We are seeking an experienced Technical Supervisor to lead and support a skilled team of aviation technicians. This role is responsible for overseeing daily maintenance and repair activities, ensuring technicians have the resources and technical information needed to complete their work safely, efficiently, and in accordance with applicable aviation standards.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong aviation maintenance knowledge, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to maintain high standards of quality, safety, and customer service in a fast-paced repair station environment.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of aviation technicians.
- Ensure technicians have the appropriate tools, materials, equipment, and technical data to perform assigned work.
- Conduct Receiving, Preliminary, In-Process, and Final inspections in accordance with applicable manuals, procedures, and quality standards.
- Train, coach, and mentor technicians on proper maintenance procedures, safety practices, and quality requirements.
- Coordinate with the Repair Station Team to manage scheduling, materials, workflow, and task completion.
- Monitor production progress and promptly identify and elevate issues that may impact delivery schedules.
- Manage overtime requirements to support production and customer commitments.
- Support customer visits, internal and external audits, and regulatory inspections.
- Promote teamwork, accountability, safety, and continuous improvement within the maintenance team.

Requirements
- Experience with Quantum Control, including Inventory Control, Company Management, Customer Quotations, Receiving, Repair Order, and Shop Control modules.
- Strong knowledge of aviation maintenance methods, techniques, tools, and applicable regulations in accordance with 14 CFR § 145.153(a).
- A&P Certificate or Repairman Certificate with at least 18 months of relevant experience in accordance with 14 CFR Part 65.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications.
- Strong leadership, organizational, multitasking, and prioritization skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Self-motivated and capable of working effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to communicate effectively with technicians, management, customers, and regulatory personnel.
- FAA 14 CFR Part 120 Safety-Sensitive Employee and DOT 49 CFR § 172.704 Hazmat Employee certifications required.
