Job summary

Lockheed Martin in Connecticut invites a Quality Manager to lead the Avionics Product Center's quality initiatives. You will drive process improvements, manage Quality Plans, and ensure contract QA deliverables are met, while partnering with customers and DCMA to enforce the quality management system.

You will oversee salary planning and performance reviews, reporting to the Quality Senior Manager and coordinating with backshop operations. Strong leadership and collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related STEM field.
• Proven ability to make data‑driven decisions and provide clear direction.
• Experience implementing and measuring Quality Management systems or strategies.
• Proven experience presenting quality‑focused proposals to leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead process improvement initiatives in quality and program execution.
