Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking an Avionics Obsolescence Engineer to manage the acquisition Systems Engineering Technical Review (SETR) process and collaborate with OEMs to design and integrate missile system upgrades that enhance warfighter performance. You will analyze avionics and control-system designs, develop upgrades, and integrate them to improve mission systems performance, efficiency, and ease of integration.

A Bachelor's degree in engineering and a Secret clearance are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in avionics or obsolescence.
• Knowledge of avionics systems and systems integration challenges.
• Ability to work with a team of engineers to modify designs and improve system integrations to improve warfighter capabilities.

Responsibilities

• You’ll work with existing teams to understand current challenges, redesign and develop upgrades, and integrate them to improve mission systems performance.
• You will augment designs and algorithms to better system performance and provide technical input to improve efficiency and integration ease.
