Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a highly experienced aerospace engineer to lead development and evaluation of integrated aircraft survivability equipment and countermeasure dispensing systems. You will work on risk assessments, technology evaluations, and the design of state-of-the-art aerospace solutions for fielded applications.

Collaboration with government personnel is required, with a focus on mission-critical outcomes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years researching technology and capability gaps in iASE and CMDS.
• Experience with ALE-47 countermeasure system.
• Experience troubleshooting ALE-47 performance and developing next generation.
• Experience modeling and simulating aircraft survivability across multiple platforms (EW, EO, RF, UV).
• Experience analyzing aircraft self-protection equipment and sensors.
• Experience with CMDS hardware and sequencer flight programs software.
• Experience with mission data generator and mission data files software.
• Ability to develop models and simulations from threat intelligence.

Responsibilities

• Oversee development of creative solutions for iASE and CMDS.
• Evaluate new technologies and perform risk assessments on aerospace systems.
• Collaborate with government personnel to deliver fielded applications.
• Lead design improvements for next-generation survivability solutions.
• Direct a team of aerospace engineers across Booz Allen.
