EVONA is seeking a Director of Avionics Manufacturing in Los Angeles to own the end-to-end manufacturing and test organization for the flight avionics hardware powering the launch vehicle.

You will build and scale multidisciplinary manufacturing and operations teams, develop scalable processes for PCBAs, wiring, sensors and integrated avionics, and partner across engineering, test, quality and supply chain to deliver high-reliability flight hardware at pace.

Formación

• 10+ years in aerospace or high-reliability manufacturing leadership.
• Experience building scalable avionics manufacturing and test capabilities.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams across engineering, production, test, quality and supply chain.
• Strong understanding of IPC standards, EMC testing, environmental testing.

Responsabilidades

• Own manufacturing and test for the vehicle's avionics hardware.
• Build and scale multidisciplinary manufacturing and operations teams.
• Develop scalable processes for PCBAs, wire harnesses and integrated avionics.
• Build test infrastructure to support production.
• Drive transition from development to high-rate manufacturing.
• Improve yield, reliability, throughput and cycle time.
